Given 1 star for the number of follow ups the staff does for ‘feedback’ You have to give feedback , once at the center on a form, then on call , then on another call, then on another call, then another email, then a call chasing for that email asking to specifically answer in a certain pattern, for specific questions! I wonder since when the feedback is ‘mandatory’ !"
